Book a Viewing Appointment

Meet with one of our talented Keane Studios employees to help you choose the right images and products to fit your home and style.

Appointments are scheduled online and require a $50 deposit which will be applied to your purchase. You will receive a zoom link the morning of your appointment to meet with your consultant. Please note, deposits are forfeited for appointment no-shows or cancellations of less than 24 hours.
Each appointment begins with a slideshow of all of the images in your gallery. Your consultant will then walk you through selecting your favorite images by comparing similar images and narrowing them down. Once you have your favorites, they will discuss product recommendations based on your needs.
Now that your have your favorite images, and have decided what products you would like to order, your consultant will collect your payment information, and process your order.
Orders for digital files are subject to a 2-5 business day turnaround time and the download link will be sent directly to your email. Print orders have a 2-4 week turnaround time and will be shipped directly to your door. Albums may take a little longer if they require any custom design.

We reserve one hour for you and your family to review your images and place your order. Use as much or as little time as you need. We also recommend all decision-makers attend.
We require a small deposit for all viewing appointments to secure your appointment and ensure that our employees are optimally utilized. This policy helps us reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, allowing us to provide the best service to all our valued clients.
Your deposit will go toward your prints or digital order at your viewing. If you cancel 24 hours or more before the viewing, you may reschedule or get your deposit back as an online print credit for your self-service gallery. No-shows and cancellations under 24 hours forfeit the deposit
No, we can not honor any online promotions that expire before your viewing. Each client has access to their self-service online gallery to place orders at any time. If you see a promotion you would like to take advantage of, you are welcome to place your order online. Viewings are an optional service we provide for our clients, however it is separate from any online promotions. If you decide to place your order online, you can call us to refund or credit your deposit for you.

Zoom appointments allow us to be more flexible with our appointment times during the winter when staffing is limited. We also use this time to make improvements to the studio and the viewing room is not always available. We may add in-person viewing in the future!

Take a look at the images in your gallery ahead of time to familiarize yourself and think about how and where you would like to display your images. We always suggest taking the zoom call from your computer or screen sharing to your tv for the best viewing experience.
